Wrapping up The Fixer Upper!

I'm working hard on finishing my new novella, The Fixer Upper. It's a light-hearted, humorous read featuring a strong, but a flawed, heroine who is building a new life in a new place. When the main character, Maggie Summerville, purchases a ramshackle "Adams Family"-style building to turn into a coffee shop, she finds out quickly she's way over her head.

Things really get fun when two paramedics must rescue Maggie and her real estate agent, Augusta from the crumbling building. When HGTV unexpectedly gets involved in the renovation project, all the cameras turn on Maggie...just in time for her ex to show up on the scene! (Release date:10/10/20)⁠
